Choosing a provider with a permissive copyright posture does not change the user's legal obligations.

Accuracy

We make a good-faith effort to verify every claim against publicly available sources, with citations and access dates. Information changes over time and the directory may be out of date despite that effort. Readers should verify critical facts (pricing, jurisdiction, payment options) directly with the provider before relying on them.

Corrections, takedowns and right of reply

Providers and members of the public who identify factual errors are invited to submit them through our contact form with the corrected information and a supporting source. Verified corrections are made within 7 days and are logged on the public updates page.

We do not delist providers in response to non-factual complaints. A provider's preference not to appear in a directory does not, on its own, qualify as a basis for delisting; the directory is editorial and lists publicly known information.

Affiliate disclosure

The default policy is no affiliate links. Where any individual page does contain an affiliate or referral link, a banner at the top of that page discloses the relationship.

Privacy

This site is statically generated, sets no cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and does not store visitor analytics that identify individuals. Server-level access logs are kept by the hosting provider for operational purposes and are not retained by us beyond what the provider's standard logging policy requires.
